"Tim's office reached out to me after I went online to get a quote. At the time, my homeowners insurance had raised my premium over $1,000 for the year with no claims being filed thinking I wouldn't pay attention since it was escrowed. Payton was the one who reached out and helped me switch everything over. He was patient, honest and while he did push more products on me (that's their job) he quickly backed off when I said wasn't interested at the time which I appreciate. I would recommend this office"
